SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL

Be prepared for delays.

Our fulfillment and shipping times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We are unable to guarantee a timeframe for your orders to arrive, they will arrive but can take up to 20 business days before the package reaches your destination after you place the order. Hope you understand that we are doing our best to fulfill our orders as fast as we can. 

Are there any shipping delays?

Yes, you can expect shipping delays. More countries are limiting passenger flights and closing their borders. While this doesn't directly impact cargo, fewer passenger flights mean fewer transit options for shipments and longer lines at borders.

How ​Pool Legends is adapting to Covid-19
Pool Legends works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular
communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.
Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.
Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

Information regarding Covid-19
The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. Our standard fulfillment estimate of ​3-8 business days is currently closer to ​10-15. We’re actively communicating with our fulfillment partner and following the latest news on
Covid-19. Please follow this FAQ where we share current updates: This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Health is the number one priority right now, so stay safe.

Order delays during Covid-19
The team at Pool Legends wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who's been showing support to our business in this challenging time. For months now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon.
We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays.
We know this isn't what you guys are used to, so we are grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand and enjoying our products. Some good news is, we now have more time to focus on some exciting ​designs / products​ we previously simply didn't have time for. Stay tuned for more additions to our collection!

Some shipments may be slightly delayed during this time.

Deliveries everywhere are slower than usual. All our orders will take little longer to ship. We are still shipping within EU, U.S and Canada but your orders will be delivered with some delays. We guarantee all orders will be fulfilled and shipped for free to our customers.

Shipping

  • We disabled shipping to China, as most carriers have stopped or limited their own deliveries to China. 
  • Deliveries are still going through to Italy but without direct contact with the recipient. That means for Express door-to-door deliveries, packages will be left in mailboxes or other suitable drop-off locations.
  • We recommend following the news for any regional shipping changes. Our shipping carriers will let us know whether deliveries will stop in other affected countries and when services will resume. We'll post updates here as we get them.
